In this episode, I take a look at a few more teas from Talbott Teas, including two teas created specially for Oprah (yes, THE Oprah). The first one is a very unique blend called Earl Grey Enchantment. Unlike most Earl Grey teas, this is a rooibos based tea, with a less bite and no caffeine. Second, I try Field of Purple Flowers, a green tea with peach flavors. This tea has a soft flavor, but is extremely soothing and easy to drink. Cheers.

In this episode, I take a look at a tea from a fun tea company called Revolution Tea. They have a lot of great packaging ideas to make loose leaf tea easy to drink on the road or at home. While I love their marketing and packaging, the tea is nothing to write home about. The White Pear that I try in this episode is pretty bland all the way around. I guess I’ll have to give some of their other blends a shot. Cheers.

When you hear the term “male cheerleader”, do you think “that guys is genius” or “that guy is gay”? Either way, that guy is spending a lot of time with good looking girls, and very little competition. Similarly, knowing about tea has afforded me a lot of opportunities to share my experiences with good looking girls. In this episode I take a look at two teas from Talbott Teas, a Chicago based tea company, who has brought the elegance of the spa and salon industry into the tea world. First I explore their Blueberry Peach Passion tea, which jelly belly should create a flavor after. Then I take on the Luscious Lemon Meringue, a tea that smells like lemon tart, and tastes like fruit loops – go figure. Cheers.

In this episode I try out a blended green tea called Oasis, made by Tea Forte. Tea Forte is starting to pop up all over in places like Nordstrom, Planet Beauty, Crate & Barrel, and a whole host of popular retail stores. You’ll probably recognize their pyramid infusers and their signature leaf, so I thought I’d give them a shot. They have a great line of tea accessories and a variety of teas to match. In this episode, I take a look at another great tea from Mighty Leaf, their Rainforest Mate. Mate is a very popular South American drink that comes from the Yerba mate plant. It is often a favorite tea of ex-coffee drinkers, as it is the only tea, not coming from the Camellia sinensis plant, that contains caffeine.

In this episode I take a look at the North End Pu-erh from Tranquil Tea Lounge. Pu-erh is a unique tea which is the only kind of tea that undergoes a post-oxidation fermentation process. Because of this, pu-erhs are often stored and aged, and like fine wine, get better (and more expensive) with age.
