In this episode, I take a look at another great tea from Mighty Leaf, their Rainforest Mate. Mate is a very popular South American drink that comes from the Yerba mate plant. It is often a favorite tea of ex-coffee drinkers, as it is the only tea, not coming from the Camellia sinensis plant, that contains caffeine.
